What it ACTUALLY is:

  • Embracing all body types.

  • Learning to value your mental health as much as your physical health.

  • Moving away from body-hate and towards body-love.

  • Not letting imperfections hold you back from seeing your beauty.

  • Valuing your body for more than it's appearance.

(For allowing you to feel, hear, experience, etc.)

  • Not letting your mental health be determined by other's judgment of your appearance.

  • Being aware of unhealthy and unrealistic beauty standards.

  • Ceasing to guilt and shame your body type.
